What is NIBE and MyUplink?

NIBE is a global group that develops and manufactures intelligent, energy-efficient indoor comfort solutions for all types of properties. MyUplinkis the newly developed app which is the key to your smart home and the connected future.

A UX research project that with the goal to map out the users journey and increase the number of users.

I started off the project with an ideation workshop to get us all alligned to think in the same direction.
